VANCOUVER, B. C. — A Canadian man has been arrested for allegedly buying Viagra in the South China Sea from a commercial vessel and putting the drug into his mouth and swallowing it.
Tobias S. Viana, 31, has been charged with a second-degree misdemeanor and a felony drug offense.

Viana has been ordered to stop selling the drug and pay the cost of the court proceedings and is expected to reimburse the province.
